Tycho

This image shows the heavily cratered terrain surrounding Tycho. Tycho is the nearly perfectly round crater near the centre top. There are bright lines or rays eminating from Tycho making it quite distinctive.

The Lunar terminator in near the left of the image. The Moon phase was waxing Gibbous being 10 days old.
